As many of you know Microsoft released an update in September that created issues with imaging and, among many other applications, AccuSystems products were impacted. Unfortunately do to the nature of the patch there is nothing we can do programmatically or otherwise to resolve it. Microsoft did work quickly to address the issue and hopefully by now your servers have received the fix from Microsoft and your images are rendering correctly. We have tested internally and it has resolved the issues here. We did wait for confirmation from other banks before sharing. Your IT Department can ascertain the correct patch for your servers.
