Overview

Document Retention is a included module with AccuAccount that allows users with appropriate permissions to define and manage retention rules for customers, accounts, collaterals, and documents in the system. The module provides the ability to:

  • Manually purge customers
  • Manually or automatically purge accounts and collaterals
  • Manually or automatically purge documents
  • Create and manage retention rules for accounts and collateral based on date fields
  • Create and manage retention rules for documents based on date fields
