Document History

The Document History will show all documents that have been purged from the system.  This will also log the user who performed the purge execution, along with the date and time the item was removed from AccuAccount. This is a historical record only; no images. 

  1. From AccuAccount Select Reporting
  2. Select Document History
  3. On Input Method Select the drop down and choose Purge Document (If you choose you can also select other fields to filter specific dates, branch etc.)
  4. Select Drop down for Max Records to return (Default is 25)
  5. Select Search

Your results will display and the Input Method will show 'PurgeDocument'
