System Logs

System Logs shows informational , warnings and errors that your institution may need to address. Items that are logged here are: Importer updates, AccuCapture, Exception Validator, Document Scheduler and more.

  1. Select the Admin Tab in AccuAccount
  2. Under System or Other Maintenance, Select System Log Viewer/System Logs
  3. From here you can utilize any of the filters displayed to see specific items
    • Errors: Which are more critical items to be addressed
    • Warnings: Should be investigated, but may not necessarily require any action
    • Informational: Information such as when the system starts and stops
