Drag and Drop Feature

Using the drag and drop feature, individual documents, or and entire file of document can be moved over the AccuPrint Icon to be uploaded. Documents uploaded to AccuAccount using the Drag and Drop feature will retain their original file format, i.e. Word, Excel, PDF.

To Drop and Drag, Click the document file and drag it over the AccuPrint icon on the desktop. This will open the AccuPrint Application on the user's desktop.

File Print

The AccuSystems AccuPrinter will also appear in the list of available printers when selecting print from the File menu of an application.

Select the AccuPrinter and Print to launch AccuPrint. The file print option will upload the document in a .TIF or .PDF format depending on the user's Output Format Setting. (See the Administration Article for more information on the Output Format).

AccuPrint Application Compatibility

AccuPrint has been enhanced to work with AccuAccount, accuimg e-Sign and AccuDoc products depending on the system configurations.

If necessary, navigate to the desired product using the accordion style tabs at the side of the AccuPrint window.

 

Sending Document to AccuAccount

Locating Customer and Upload Document

  1. Once AccuPrint has been launched, either from Drag and Drop or File Print. Enter the Customer and Select the Find Customer Link
  2. The search results screen will populate any matching customer, account, or collateral. Select the Customer (Credit side documents) or the Account/collateral Number (Account/Collateral side document) by Clicking on the Green Arrow to the left of the information
  3. Using the Drop Down, Select the proper Document. (Depending on whether a customer, account or collateral is selected the Document Tab will populate the available documents for the customer, loan or collateral type).
  4. The Title field will auto-complete with the information from the Document Tab. This information can be changed to enter a specific Document Title.
  5. Comments pertinent to the Document can be entered in the Comment field. Entering comments will create a comment bubble on the Customer Page.
  6. Upload Documents, there are two available upload options
    • Upload and Open AccuAccount:  this will upload the document and launch a new instance of AccuAccount. The user will automatically be directed to the customer's page to move the document to the proper location.

      Info

      Note: User may be prompted to Sign into AccuAccount if the organization is not using Microsoft Authentication for single sign-on

    • Upload and Quit: this will upload the document and close AccuPrint without launching AccuAccount

 

Upload Document from the Dashboard Panel - View Upload

If the user has the View upload panel enabled on their dashboard, the document can be moved to the Customer page using the Resort Document arrow.

  1. Locate the proper document in the user upload folder.
  2. Click the Restore Document icon (blue "quick move" arrow) to move the document to the designated tab on the Customer Page. (It is possible to change the Document Group and Document Tab using the Drop Down options.)
  3. Select Update
  4. The document is now visible on the Customer Page, and the document indicator has changed from red to green

 

Upload Document from the Customer Page

  1. Click the Upload folder icon on the Customer Page to view any documents ready for upload
  2. Select the Restore Document icon (blue "quick move" arrow) to move the document to the designated tab on the Customer Page
  3. Select Update
  4. The document is now visible on the Customer Page, and the document indicator has changed from red to green

 

Upload from Another User's Folder

It is possible to navigate to another user's upload folder to move documents to the customer page.

  1. From either the Dashboard Panel or from the Customer's Page, Click on the Blue "Up" arrow in the upload folder to view all other user's folders
  2. Click on the specific user's folder to view the contents and move the documents to the customers page.

 

 Sending Document to accuimg

  1. Once AccuPrint has been launched either from Drag and Drop or File Print, Select accuimg from the accordion menu.
  2. Click send to accuimg

Currently only supports PDF and TIF documents

Sending Document to AccuDoc

  1. Once AccuPrint has been launched either from Drag and Drop or File Print, Select AccuDoc from the accordion menu
  2. Select System from the drop down menu
  3. Upload Documents. There are two available upload options
    • Upload and Open AccuDoc:  This will upload the document and launch a new instance of AccuDoc. The user will automatically be directed to the customer's page to move the document to the proper location.

    • Upload and Quit: this will upload the document and close AccuPrint without launching AccuDoc
  4. Select the System Module
  5. Search or Type in Customer, Vendor, record,  etc.
  6. Select the Upload Icon
  7. Select the Blue up Arrow to 'Go Up a Level'
  8. Click on the Blue Folder next to the System the document was uploaded to
  9. Click the Blue upload folder
  10. Select the radio button next to the document you wish to Upload
    • Note: If you do not see the document in the current module folder, Select the Blue up Arrow to 'Go Up a Level' and check the other Module records/folders for the document
  11. Select Upload, Type in Document information if applicable
    • Document Title
    • Document Type: Using the drop down menu
    • Document Date
    • Purge Status
  12. Select Update

Your Document is now ready for review
