Known Issues

  • Duplicate column names has been resolved by ensuring the group name is included with the column if it is a duplicate. 
    • As far as allowing custom user-defined label names for columns, this is still not a planned feature at this time. Allowing user defined column names will introduce quite a bit of complexity both in building, maintaining, and supporting the product, so we are not convinced that is the right thing to do right now, but we will be monitoring the demand for it for the time being.
  • Removing a column when multiple columns were selected and sorted in order (ascending/descending) the remaining columns sort order does not update and the field panel becomes available before the page is refreshed. Producing inaccurate results.
  • Issue with report results showing a blank page when fewer results are smaller than original search criteria.  e.g. Original report generated with 10 pages of results. If you select page 10 and then narrow down search results, you will notice a blank page if you only have enough data for 2 pages. Select a current page available and your results will display.
