Overview

Participation loans are loans made by multiple lenders to a single borrower. Several banks, for example, might contribute to fund one extremely large loan, with one of the banks taking the role of the "originating bank." This lending institution then recruits other banks to participate and share the risk and profits.

AccuAccount Participation module brings enhanced loan functionality that allows a loan to be shared between multiple lenders and it distributes the associated documents with these lender by sending them by email or pushing them through a web service.
