In this article learn HOW TO:

  • Add, Edit, and Delete Participating Banks to a Loan. (Permission needed: Editor)
  • Transfer or Block Documents from Participant. (Permission needed: Editor)

Before you can set up which banks and contacts will be on a Participating Loan from the customer's page, an Admin will first have to set up all the banks and contact in the Admin Section.  See the Administration article for more information.

Adding a Participation Bank to a Loan from the customer page

From the Customer's page in AccuAccount

  1. Select the Edit link next to the loan number
  2. Under the Loan tab, Click the Box next to: Is Participation Loan?
  3. Select Update
  4. Select the Participating Banks tab
  5. From the drop down list 'Select New Participation to Add', Select the Participation Bank
  6. Enter the Percentage that the is participating
  7. Select Add (You can enter up to 7 decimal places; however, it will be rounded to 2 decimal places on the tab and customer page.)
  8. Page will refresh, and display the Bank Participation Details. From the Drop Down list,  You can Select the Contact (optional) 
  9. Select Update

You can continue adding additional participating banks by following the steps listed above, or simply Select Return to Customer.

You will now see a new tab called Participations on the customer page. By clicking on the Participations tab, you will now see all participating bank information for the loan you are on. If you click on the name of the bank, it will display the contact information.

 

Editing a Participation Bank from a Loan from the customer page

From the Customer's page in AccuAccount

  1. Select the Edit link next to the loan number
  2. Select the Participating Banks tab
  3. From the Participations Bank edit screen Edit any of the following:
    • Edit Participation Percentage: This will allow you to change the participation percentage on this loan.
    • Edit Contact Details: This will allow you to change the contacts details.
    • Change the Primary Contact: This will allow you to change the Primary contact to another contact at the participating bank.
  4. Select Update

Deleting a Participation Bank from a Loan from the customer page

From the Customers page in AccuAccount

  1. Select the Edit link next to the loan number
  2. Select the Participating Banks tab
  3. Select the Delete icon next to the Bank you want to delete from the loan
  4. Page will refresh, Select Return to Customer Link

Transfer (Push)  or Block Documents to Participating Banks from the customer page

From the Customer's page in AccuAccount

  1. Select the Edit link next to the loan number
  2. Select the Loan Tab
  3. Select Box to either Push Participation Docs or Block Participation
    • Push Participation documents: Allows you to resend all credit, account, and collateral documents to their associated affiliate banks at the end of the day.
    • Block Participation: Allows you block this loan from having its documents sent out.
  4. Select Update
