Known Issues in AccuAccount v13.0.33.0

Known issues reported to our development team and OnTime* ticket numbers:

  • (#1459 - Fixed in v13.0.34.0) If Flex Fields were previously created in the system for collaterals, an errors occurs in the collateral section of the customer page.
  • (#1460 - Fixed in v15.1.5717) The Exception Report by Category is no longer filtering by Uncategorized. 
  • (#1470 - Fixed in v13.0.34.0) The View Scan History is no longer reporting deleted records information. 
  • (#1471 - Fixed in v13.0.35.0) The Exception Report by Officer shows extra blank columns when exported to Excel.
  • (#1480 - Fixed in v13.0.36.0) The Expiration Dates for credit exceptions aren't showing on the reports.
  • (#1482 - Fixed in v13.0.35.0) When converting an application to a booked loan through AccuApproval, the status is not holding.
  • (#1491 - Fixed in v13.0.35.0) The View Scan History isn't showing all records once an application is converted to a booked loan.  
  • (#1492 - Fixed in v13.0.35.0) The application number no longer shows on the edit screen of the loan once it is converted to a booked loan.
  • (#1500 - Fixed in v13.0.34.0) The View Scan History isn't showing all records for collaterals.
  • (#1504 - Fixed in v13.0.35.0) After an application is converted to a booked loan, the scanned image folder name shows as the document's title for items that were scanned in while it was an application.
  • (#1508 - Fixed in v13.0.35.0) When taking an Action on an application to choose a lender, analyst, or approver from a drop down, you can no longer start typing the name to jump down within the drop down.
  • (#1509 - Fixed in v13.0.35.0) The document expiration dates are not showing on Audits.
  • (#1510 - Fixed in v13.0.35.0) The Exception Report by Officer isn't showing expiration dates correctly, not sorting correctly, and the not all exceptions are showing.
  • (#1519 - Fixed in v13.0.35.0) The Notice for QC Rejection is showing the Application number instead of the Loan number after the application is converted to a booked loan.
  • (#1539 - Fixed in v13.0.35.1) Editors in the system are able to see employee file documents through the upload function.
  • (#1541 - Fixed in v13.0.35.0) When searching by a flex field, it will search for the information input into the field regardless if the box is checked next to that field or not.  It should only search on the checked fields.
  • (#1550 - Fixed in v13.0.35.0) When converting a cross collateral to a regular collateral, if flex fields are being used, an error occurs.
  • (#1559 - Fixed in v13.0.35.0) The Exception Report by Officer's links aren't working.
  • (#1561 - Fixed in v13.0.35.0) The Collateral Status will change to match the parent loan any time the loan is edited.
  • (#1564 - Fixed in v13.0.35.0) The Dashboard panel to Convert Approved Applications is showing loan and deposit accounts.  It should only show loans.
  • (#1569 - Fixed in v13.0.35.0) Inactive users are showing in the drop down within the User Group Maintenance for AccuApproval groups.
  • (#1573 - Fixed in v13.0.35.0) When changing a loan number with a space to the same loan number without a space, the scanned image folder gets deleted. 
  • (#1575 - Fixed in v13.0.35.0) The comments and additional empty document tabs get deleted when you convert an application to a booked loan.
  • (#1579 - Fixed in v13.0.36.0) When a cross collateral gets re-factored through the Exception Validator, the new Primary collateral's scanned image folder is not created and the images are not being moved.  This causes an error when trying to view the images in the collateral.
  • (#1584 - Fixed in v13.0.35.0) Applications are duplicated if a user triple clicks the update button.
  • (#1592 - Fixed in v13.0.35.0) The Active Timers Dashboard Panel is showing active and non-active timers. 
  • (#1598 - Fixed in v13.0.35.0) The AccuApproval workflow title doesn't word wrap correct when over 68 characters in length.
  • (#1601 - Fixed in v13.0.35.0) In AccuApproval, the Credit Analysis status does not match what the drop down shows when you edit the status.
  • (#1635 - Fixed in v13.0.36.0) In AccuApproval, the Application Snapshot shows the incorrect "Date Last Acted On."
  • (#1638 - Fixed in v13.0.36.0) The Customer Summary is displaying applications as loans when they are in an Approved status. 
  • (#1640 - Fixed in v13.0.36.0) The Notice for rejected QC items shows the Application number instead of the Loan number after an application is converted to a booked loan.
  • (#1641 - Fixed in v13.0.36.0) The comments and additional empty document tabs get deleted when converting an application to a booked loan.

Workflow Steps:

  1. Reported - A ticket has been entered to our development team in OnTime* but has not yet been assigned to a developer to be worked on.
  2. Pending Fix - The ticket has been assigned to a developer and is currently being worked on.
  3. On Hold - The ticket is not currently being worked on and is on-hold until further notice.
  4. In Testing - The developer has fixed the issue and it is being tested before release.
  5. Fixed, Pending Release - The ticket has been resolved but has not yet been put into an upgrade package.
  6. Fixed in v13.0.0.0 - The ticket has been resolved and is available in the upgrade indicated.
