Known Issues in AccuAccount v2016.2

.Known issues reported to our development team and OnTime* ticket numbers:

  • (#2598 - Fixed in v16.2.6306.6543) Account Side no longer has document finger printing when using the Copy/Move feature or AccuPrint.
  • (#2612 - Fixed in v16.2.6350.9787) Exception Report by Category doesn't filter by Uncategorized.
  • (#2618 - Fixed in v16.2.6316.9653) "Converting Documents" popup shows in the document edit screen after upgrading.
  • (#2631 - Fixed in v16.2.6350.9787) Unable to Sort by Origination Date of Accounts in the Complete View. 
  • (#2637 - Fixed in v16.2.6388.9884) Additional Signer Type Maintenance is missing the scroll bar. 
  • (#2651 - Fixed in v16.2.6388.9884) Duplicate Employee Names in the Document View History.
  • (#2654 - Fixed in v16.3.6424.10050) Updating a Task Exception changed the Exception Date.
  • (#2656 - Fixed in v16.3.6424.10050) The Search Results page doesn't display the Additional Signers/Guarantors when selecting the '+' Icon. 
  • (#2657 - Reported) Unable to filter by Account Status within the Existing and Missing Document Searches. 
  • (#2658 - Fixed in v16.3.6424.10050) The Document Tab name was wrapping the text in the Collateral section.
  • (#2660 - Fixed in v16.3.6449.10254) Cannot go to a customers page with the collateral number is selected from the search screen.
  • (#2663 - Fixed in v16.3.6494.10552) The Conversion History chart in the PDF Module Dashboard isn't updating.
  • (#2665 - Fixed in v16.3.6449.10254) The Real Time Exception Validator doesn't work with HTTPS.
  • (#2670 - Fixed in v16.3.6449.10254) When using the Tab key within the screen to add a guarantor/signer to a loan or account, an error occurs. 
  • (#2672 - Fixed in v16.3.6424.10050) When converting document images through the Tab Edit on the customer's page, the file size becomes larger. 
  • (#2677 - Fixed in v16.3.6449.10254) Expired Exception are tracking when a document image is missing (when the Exception Validator rule is set to ignore Expired Exceptions with missing images).
  • (#2678 - Rejected) Documents aren't set to their default status when changing customer type. 
  • (#2679 - Fixed in v16.3.6474.10439) Account Task Exceptions won't track off of the Loan Maturity date. 
  • (#2687 - Fixed in v16.3.6449.10254) Search results are incorrect when doing a search by date range.
  • (#2698 - Fixed in v16.3.6494.10552) Send Email function fails from customer page if only one document is selected to be sent.
  • (#2699 - Fixed in v16.3.6494.10552) Document show the incorrect status on the Expiring Document Search Report.
  • (#2700 - Fixed in v16.3.6494.10552) When using the account number hyperlinks from the Expiring Documents Search report, you cannot select the Exception tab on the customer page.

Workflow Steps:

  1. Reported - A ticket has been entered to our development team in OnTime* but has not yet been assigned to a developer to be worked on.
  2. Pending Fix - The ticket has been assigned to a developer and is currently being worked on in the current iteration.
  3. On Hold - The ticket is not currently being worked on and is on-hold until further notice.
  4. In Testing - The developer has fixed the issue and it is being tested before release.
  5. Fixed, Pending Release - The ticket has been resolved but has not yet been put into an upgrade package for release.
  6. Fixed in v16.0.0.0 - The ticket has been resolved and is available in the upgrade indicated.

*OnTime is an internal ticketing system that AccuSystems' development team utilizes.  You can also reference this ticket number in your Zendesk ticket if you have reported that you are experiencing one of the above issues.
