Contact Maintenance

Contacts are a great way for your institution to send out letters to other businesses/individuals instead of the customer. You could set up an insurance agent as a contact, and then for those customers that you designate, the notice letter could be generated to the insurance agent instead of the customer.

Contact Maintenance

Adding a Contact

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Exception / Contact Maintenance
  2. Select Add a new contact link
  3. Define the following Fields (Required fields *)
    • Contact Name *
    • Business Name
    • Letter Name
    • First Name
    • Middle Name
    • Last Name
    • E-Mail Address
    • Address 1 *
    • Address 2
    • City *
    • State *
    • Zip Code *
    • Contact Type (Select from drop down menu)
    • Home Phone
    • Work Phone
    • Mobile Phone
    • Fax Number
  4. Select Add

Editing a Contact

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Exception / Contact Maintenance
  2. Select the Edit icon next to the Contact name
  3. Make any necessary changes, then Select Update

 

Deleting a Contact

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Exception / Contact Maintenance
  2. Select the Delete icon next to the Contact name
  3. Select Delete

 

Search and Display a Specific Contact

Search allows you to search by a specific Contact or Contact Type

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Exception / Contact Maintenance
  2. You have the option to search by Contact Type and/or Contact Name
  3. Select Search, Page will refresh and display listing based on the criteria 

Contact Types Maintenance

Adding a Contact Type

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Exceptions / Contact Types Maintenance
  2. Select Add new contact type link
  3. Define the Contact Type Name
  4. Select Add

Edit a Contact Type

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Exceptions / Contact Types Maintenance
  2. Select the Edit icon next to the Contact Type Name
  3. Make any necessary changes
  4. Select Update

 

Delete Contact Type

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Exceptions / Contact Types Maintenance
  2. Select the Delete icon next to the Contact Type Name
  3. Select Delete
