Account Maintenance

In the following article contains:

Account Officer Maintenance

Add a New Officer

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Admin
  2. In Account Maintenance, Select Account Officer Maintenance
  3. Select Add a new account officer link
  4. Define any of the following fields:
    • Bank
    • Officer Name* - Required
    • Officer Title
    • Officer Code* - Required
    • Set Default Notice Letter Officer
  5. Select Update 

Edit an Officer

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Admin
  2. In Account Maintenance, Select Account Officer Maintenance
  3. Select the Edit icon next to the Officer Name
  4. Make any changes necessary, select Update

 

Delete an Officer

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Admin
  2. In Account Maintenance, Select Account Officer Maintenance
  3. Select the Delete icon next to the Officer Name
  4. Confirm and select Delete

Note:

You will only see the Delete icon if there is nothing assigned in AccuAccount to the Officer.

Account Classification Maintenance

Add a New Account Classification

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Admin
  2. In Account Maintenance, Select Account Classification Maintenance
  3. Select Add New Account Classification link
  4. Define any of the following fields:
    • Classification Name* - Required
    • Classification Code* - Required
    • Display Emphasis - This option will allow you to display Classification Name Bold
    • Display Color - This option allow you to display the Classification Name in Color
  5. Select Update 

Edit a Account Classification

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Admin
  2. In Account Maintenance, Select Account Classification Maintenance
  3. Select the Edit icon next to the Classification Name
  4. Make any changes necessary. Once complete,  select Update

 

Delete a Account Classification

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Admin
  2. In Account Maintenance, Select Account Classification Maintenance
  3. Select the Delete icon next to the Classification Name

Note:

You will only see the Delete icon if there is nothing assigned in AccuAccount to an Account Classification.

Account Status Maintenance

Add a New Account Status

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Admin
  2. In Account Maintenance, Select Account Status Maintenance
  3. Select the appropriate Tab (Loan, Deposit, or Trust)
  4. Once tab is selected, Click on the Add New___Status link
  5. Define any of the following fields
    • Status Name* - Required
    • Status Code* - Required
    • Active Status
    • Default Status
  6. Select Update  

Add a New Application Status

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Admin
  2. In Account Maintenance, Select Account Status Maintenance
  3. Select the Loan Tab
  4. Once tab is selected, Click on the Add New Application Status link
  5. Define any of the following fields:
    • Status Name* - Required
    • Status Code* - Required
    • Active Status
    • Default Status
    • Approved Status
  6. Select Update 

Edit a Account and/or Application Status

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Admin
  2. In Account Maintenance, Select Account Status Maintenance
  3. Select the appropriate Tab (Loan, Deposit, or Trust)
    • Select the Loan Tab for Application Status
  4. Select the Edit icon next to the Status name
  5. Make any changes necessary, select Update

 

Delete a Account and/or Application Status

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Admin
  2. In Account Maintenance, Select Account Status Maintenance
  3. Select the appropriate tab (Loan, Deposit, or Trust)
    • Select the Loan Tab for Application Status
  4. Select the Delete icon next to the Status Name

Note:

You will only see the Delete icon if there is nothing assigned in AccuAccount to an Account Status or Application Status.

Account Type Maintenance

Add a New Account Type

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Admin
  2. In Account Maintenance, Select Account Type Maintenance
  3. Select the appropriate Tab (Loan, Deposit, or Trust)
  4. Select the Add New__Type link
  5. Define the following fields
    • Type Maintenance
      • Type Name* - Required
      • Type Code* - Required
    • Purge Maintenance
      • Purge Control - No Control, Manual Control, or Date Control.  For more information on Purge, click the following link: Manage Document Retention
  6. Select Update 

Edit an Account Type

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Admin
  2. In Account Maintenance, Select Account Type Maintenance
  3. Select the appropriate Tab (Loan, Deposit, or Trust)
  4. Select the Edit icon next to the Type Name
  5. Make any changes necessary, select Update

 

Delete an Account Type

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Admin
  2. In Account Maintenance, Select Account Type Maintenance
  3. Select the appropriate Tab (Loan, Deposit, or Trust)
  4. Select the Delete icon next to the Type Code Name

Note:

You will only see the Delete icon if there is nothing assigned in AccuAccount to an Account Type.

 

Primary Collateral Code Maintenance

Add a Primary Collateral Code

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Admin
  2. In Account Maintenance, Select Primary Collateral Code Maintenance
  3. Select Add a new Collateral Code Link
  4. Define any of the of the following fields:
    • Collateral Code Option Description
    • Collateral Code
  5. Select Update 

Edit a Primary Collateral Code

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Admin
  2. In Account Maintenance, Select Primary Collateral Code Maintenance
  3. Select the Edit icon next to the Collateral Code Description
  4. Many any necessary changes, select Update

 

Delete a Primary Collateral Code

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Admin
  2. In Account Maintenance, Select Primary Collateral Code Maintenance
  3. Select the Delete icon next to the Collateral Code Name
  4. Confirm and Delete

Note:

You will only see the Delete icon if there is nothing assigned in AccuAccount to a Collateral Code.

Type Code Maintenance

Add a New Type Code

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Admin
  2. In Account Maintenance, Select Type Code Maintenance
  3. Select Add a new Type Code Link
  4. Define any of the of the following fields:
    • Description
    • Type Code
  5. Select Update 

Edit a Type Code

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Admin
  2. In Account Maintenance, Select Type Code Maintenance
  3. Select the Edit icon next to the Type Code Description
  4. Many any necessary changes, select Update

 

Delete a Type Code

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Admin
  2. In Account Maintenance, Select Type Code Maintenance
  3. Select the Delete icon next to the Type Code Name
  4. Confirm and Delete

Note:

You will only see the Delete icon if there is nothing assigned in AccuAccount to a Type Code.

Purpose Code Maintenance

Add a New Purpose Code

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Admin
  2. In Account Maintenance, Select Purpose Code Maintenance
  3. Select Add a new Purpose Code Link
  4. Define any of the of the following fields:
    • Purpose Code Option Description
    • Purpose Code
  5. Select Update 

Edit a Purpose Code

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Admin
  2. In Account Maintenance, Select Purpose Code Maintenance
  3. Select the Edit icon next to the Purpose Code Description
  4. Many any necessary changes, select Update

 

Delete a Purpose Code

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Admin
  2. In Account Maintenance, Select Purpose Code Maintenance
  3. Select the Delete icon next to the Purpose Code Name
  4. Confirm and Delete

Note:

You will only see the Delete icon if there is nothing assigned in AccuAccount to a Purpose.

Call Code Maintenance

Add a New Call Code

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Admin
  2. In Account Maintenance, Select Call Code Maintenance
  3. Select Add a new Call Code Link
  4. Define any of the of the following fields:
    • Call Code Description
    • Call Code
  5. Select Update 

Edit a Call  Code

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Admin
  2. In Account Maintenance, Select Call Code Maintenance
  3. Select the Edit icon next to the Call Code Description
  4. Many any necessary changes, select Update

 

Delete a Call Code

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Admin
  2. In Account Maintenance, Select Call Code Maintenance
  3. Select the Delete icon next to the Call Code Name
  4. Confirm and Delete

Note:

You will only see the Delete icon if there is nothing assigned in AccuAccount to a Call Code.

NAICS Code Maintenance

Add a NAICS Code

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Admin
  2. In Account Maintenance, Select NAICS Code Maintenance
  3. Select Add a new NAICS Code Link
  4. Define any of the of the following fields:
    • NAICS Code Option Description
    • NAICS Code
  5. Select Update 

Edit a NAICS Code

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Admin
  2. In Account Maintenance, Select NAICS Code Maintenance
  3. Select the Edit icon next to the Code Description
  4. Many any necessary changes, select Update

 

Delete a NAICS Code

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Admin
  2. In Account Maintenance, Select NAICS Code Maintenance
  3. Select the Delete icon next to the Code Name
  4. Confirm and Delete

Note:

You will only see the Delete icon if there is nothing assigned in AccuAccount to a NAICS Code.

Class Code Maintenance

Add a Class Code

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Admin
  2. In Account Maintenance, Select Class Code Maintenance
  3. Select Add a new Class Code Link
  4. Define any of the of the following fields:
    • Description
    • Class Code
  5. Select Update 

Edit a Class Code

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Admin
  2. In Account Maintenance, Select Class Code Maintenance
  3. Select the Edit icon next to the Class Code Description
  4. Many any necessary changes, select Update

 

Delete a Class Code

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Admin
  2. In Account Maintenance, Select Class Code Maintenance
  3. Select the Delete icon Class Code Name
  4. Confirm and Delete

Note:

You will only see the Delete icon if there is nothing assigned in AccuAccount to a Class Code.
