Editing Audit Name, Comments and Contents

Editing an Audit Name and Comments

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Audit
  2. From the Audit listing, select the Edit icon next to the audit name you would like to change
  3. Make any necessary changes to the Audit Name or Audit Comments and whether to include the comments from the customers page
  4. Select Update 
  5. From the Audit Results Set, select Build Audit, to Refresh the Audit Name, Audit Comments etc. to the server

Editing Audit Contents

  1. From AccuAccount menu, Select Audit
  2. From the Audit listing, Click the Audit Name you would like to edit
    • You can use the Audit Search feature to add new customers or account to the listing
    • You can also edit, or delete any contents that is existing in the audit by using the Current Audit Result Set
  3. Once all additional Customers/Accounts, and any changes are made to your existing set list, be sure to select Build Audit to update the audit contents and information on the server.
