Manually Changing an Account Type

Security Permissions needed to Access this Function: Edit Credit Record

  1. From the customers page, Select the Edit Customer link
  2. Select the Loans tab
  3. In the Action column for the account you want to change, Select the Change Loan/Account Type icon
  4. A display will show the current Loan/Account Type. From the drop down menu Select the New Loan/Account Type
  5. Select Update
    • If there are documents that are on the customers page with the existing account type, that don't appear in the new account type, you will need to select from the drop down menu the new Document Tab that the images need to go to on the new account type. Note: this will only display if the document tab names are different.
  6. Select Update
